Written by On June 27, 2025, South Florida PBS celebrated the conclusion of film-maker Season 7 with a special Wrap Party at Actors’ Playhouse in Coral Gables, bringing together filmmakers, actors, and audiences for an evening dedicated to South Florida cinema.
Among the featured films was Silence in the Dark, a Salgado Studios short film written and directed by Steven Salgado. The evening included screenings of selected films from the season followed by a panel discussion, where participating directors shared their creative experiences and perspectives with the audience.
The event marked another meaningful chapter in the journey of Silence in the Dark, bringing the film together with audiences and fellow filmmakers while celebrating the diversity of stories created across South Florida.
