A group of kids passionate about filmmaking decides to make their own zombie short film. With no budget to hire actors or do makeup, they come up with an extreme plan: to bring a dead person back to life. But their experiment goes horribly wrong, and by accident, they awaken the entire cemetery, unleashing chaos beyond anything they could have imagined.
Written and directed by Steven Salgado, We Don’t Have Money for Zombies features a hilarious and chaotic story of childhood ambition gone terribly wrong. The film captures the wild imagination and daring spirit of its young protagonists and promises a mix of humor, suspense, and heart. The project is currently in pre-production.
