Welcome to the nonprofit branch of Salgado Studios
Dedicated to empowering Miami’s emerging storytellers, the Foundation creates spaces for learning, creation, and storytelling that strengthen and inspire the local community.
We believe every voice has a story worth sharing. Our programs provide mentorship, workshops, and hands-on experience to help aspiring filmmakers develop their skills, find their creative voice, and bring their projects to life.
Through collaboration and guidance, we foster a supportive network that encourages artistic growth, cultural expression, and community engagement.
PROGRAMS & INITIATIVES
Our programs include:
- Cinema Spotlight: Screenings & Showcases: Platforms for emerging filmmakers to share their work with the community and gain exposure.
- Creative Lab: Workshops & Masterclasses. Practical, hands-on training in all aspects of film and media production.
- Storytelling Initiatives: Collaborative Projects: Collaborative initiatives that use storytelling to highlight and strengthen Miami’s diverse voices.
