LITTLE CREATORS. BIG STORIES
An ongoing educational partnership between Salgado Studios and Para Bajitos, creating hands-on filmmaking experiences where young creators learn cinema by making it.
MY FIRST FILM | 2026–2027
One student. One story. One film.
A hands-on filmmaking program where each student develops, shoots, and completes their own three-minute short film. From the first idea to the final cut, students experience the creative process of bringing their own stories to the screen.
The completed films will be presented at the 2nd Miami Festival of the Arts in 2027, giving each young filmmaker the opportunity to share their work with an audience.

ZOMBIE PROJECT | 2025–2026
A hands-on filmmaking program where students explored storytelling, acting, directing, camera, sound, and production while working together toward a collaborative film experience.
The journey culminated in the production of We Don’t Have Money for Zombies, giving students the opportunity to put what they learned into practice on a real cinematic set.
SUMMER STORYTELLING | 2024–2026
Stories imagined, performed, and brought to life.
Since 2024, Salgado Studios and Para Bajitos have collaborated on annual summer camps where children explore storytelling through creativity, performance, and filmmaking.
Each year, students develop original stories, perform them on camera, and create their own storytelling videos—turning imagination into stories they can see and share.
